Marcia provides a welcoming atmosphere to all who visit and call into our office. She takes great pride in assuring client comfort while they are waiting to meet with Ray or other members of our team. Marcia assists clients with scheduling appointments, service requests (such as address and beneficiary changes), and on-line access inquiries. She joined our team in 2017 after working for several years in the legal and health insurance industry in a variety of administrative support roles. Marcia resides in Manchester, NH with her husband Bill and enjoys spending time with her family, the coastal beaches of Maine and New Hampshire and vacationing in Florida and other scenic areas of the United States.
